Every such ship shall carry- a lifejacket suitable for a person weighing 32 kilograms or more for each person on board and for a person weighing less than 32 kilograms for each such person on board provided that there shall never be less than 2 such lifejackets on any ship which ever carries children; and a sufficient number of lifejackets for persons on watch and for use at remotely located survival craft stations, and such lifejackets should be stowed on the bridge, in the engine control room and at any other manned watch station. Each lifejacket should be fitted with a lifejacket light.
