Serve those who have less in life. This was the gist of Mayor Constantino Jaraula’s Holy Week message to city hall workers during a gathering at the city hall grounds yesterday.
Jaraula then used traffic law enforcers from the Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA) as examples of what public servants should not be.
He said some RTA personnel would only scramble toward their posts when they see his vehicle coming. Jaraula was specific, “I have always noticed that at Tomas Saco St. and also near city hall, RTA
personnel only seriously man the intersections whenever my vehicle passess by.” He said this should not be the case because the mandate of the RTA is to manage the vehicular traffic flow for the benefit of all motorists – VIPs or not.
“Ang atong unahon ang mga digyot. We must serve those who have less in life,” he said. Mark

Why Not Start With Yourself Mayor! Take a look at your deteriorating City Hospital. Just pay a little visit, spare even 3 minutes of your busy schedule. And then say to us again, “Ang atong unahon ang mga digyot. We must serve those who have less in life”.
